MULTI-CREW CO-OPERATION COURSE (MCC)As a pilot with a CPL & IR - you possess the privileges to command a Single-Pilot Aircraft (SPA) and earn money for your work. To fly as an airline crew member in Multi-Pilot Aircraft (MPA) you must receive formal Multi-Crew, Crew Resource Management and Human Factors training to convert your SPA skills into MPA skills. This is best achieved in the environment of a sophisticated simulator which is representative of an airliner flight-deck - to ensure that the training is as realistic and relevant as possible. There is the additional benefit of being totally familiar with a jet simulator in preparation for an airline assessment.
