COMBINED MULTI-CREW CO-OPERATION COURSE (MCC) AND JET OPERATIONS COURSE (JOC)
As a pilot with a CPL & IR - you possess the privileges to command a Single-Pilot Aircraft (SPA) and earn money for your work. To fly as an airline crew member in Multi-Pilot Aircraft (MPA) you must receive formal Multi-Crew, Crew Resource Management and Human Factors training to convert your SPA skills into MPA skills. This is best achieved in the environment of a sophisticated simulator which is representative of an airliner flight-deck - to ensure that the training is as realistic and relevant as possible. There is the additional benefit of being totally familiar with a jet simulator in preparation for an airline assessment.
The transition from flying slower single pilot aircraft (SPA) to your first type rating in multi pilot aircraft (MPA) at airliner jet speeds can be challenging, especially when you are also learning airline standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Better prepare yourself for your airline selection assessments as well as your first type rating by learning jet handling skills using simplified procedures in our B737-400 Simulator (FNPTII MCC).
