By choosing OAA for your training, you can be certain to receive first class training for your future career aspirations.  As a customer focussed company, we also recognise that the non-training facilities, support and services we make available to you are equally important in enhancing your time with us – which in many cases may be as long as 16 months.

We try to foster an open, ‘non-blame’ and positive communication culture.  We operate on first name terms at all levels and we encourage everyone to speak up and give us feedback in a constructive way – either directly or through comment cards.  We hold Student Council meetings with Senior Management on a regular basis and students are invited to nominate class representatives to attend.

If you feel that there is a service or a facility that you would like – then please ask us and we try and provide it for you.
