Our teams of customer service staff at both training centres are employed to provide you with support and guidance (in confidence) on any pastoral, accommodation, welfare and many other non-training related matters. Both training centres have links with local doctors, dentists and health centres that are able to provide routine and emergency medical support services. A resident Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) is available 2 days per week at the Oxford training centre (Langford Hall) for JAA Class1 Medical Renewals. At the Goodyear training centre, a local AME is also available for both JAA and FAA Medical renewals.
